What’s the Opportunity?

We're looking for a Product Manager who will take charge of feature development from concept to launch, working closely with designers to bring ideas to life. You will be responsible for prioritizing the right features based on impact and customer needs, collaborating with stakeholders, the engineering team, and executing these features with the help of the product team will be a key part of your role.

Responsibilities:

• Define detailed feature specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with UX teams to drive user experience and deliver visual assets.
• Ensure feature delivery meets specifications by working closely with engineering.
• Work with stakeholders to define product strategy and roadmap.
• Prioritize features based on data, impact and drive stakeholder approval.
• Execute the product vision, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure feature delivery as per the specification.
• Understand, research, and follow technical trends, assessing emerging products and companies for potential value or threat.
• Develop, measure, and report key metrics related to the product line, updating stakeholders on progress and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the customer success team to address customer issues and drive customer success and satisfaction.
• Review product user experience and completeness, ensuring high-quality product and API documentation.
• Present the roadmap to customers and represent their voice.

What Skills and Experience do you need?

• 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience in building a SaaS product and driving a successful product roadmap is a must
• Experience with cloud financial products is a plus.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Experience working in an agile environment and using agile methodologies.
• Ability to identify common issues from diverse customer feedback.
• Skilled at problem-solving by exploring multiple solutions and choosing the most effective one.
• A keen eye for design; capable of distinguishing between excellent and mediocre UX.
• Focus on enhancing successful features through iterative improvements.
• Self-motivated with a passion for delivering high-quality products.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and collaborate with team members across the organization.
