What we’re looking for:
6+ years of relevant Product Management experience
Be able to support technologies such as, JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, SQL, Figma, Product Board, Asana
Have experience working with of Contact Center and WFM technology landscape
Able to integrate third party apps into a core product
Have experience working with a fast paced SaaS or technology company
Have excellent presentation and communication skills
Be able to crystallise vague concepts into concise tactical plans
