HYCU is seeking a high-energy, innovative Product Marketing Manager to help us scale and maintain rapid growth. As a key member of the GTM team, you will partner with Product, Sales and Marketing to drive GTM strategy, positioning and messaging that decreases friction in the buying journey and helps HYCU win with our target customers.  

In this role, you will be responsible for knowing our customers, market and competitors inside and out, and will use this knowledge to create customer-centric, value-focused messaging, positioning and content that makes HYCU stand out in a crowded market.   

Our Product Marketing team helps HYCU grow and thrive by providing cross-functional teams with the guidance needed to execute more efficient and effective GTM initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue growth. If this sounds like you, please apply today!   

Location:   

  • Bangalore, Karnataka, India (Hybrid; 3 days onsite/2 days remote) 

 What You’ll Do:  

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive adoption, revenue growth, and customer success 
  • Develop messaging and marketing initiatives that align with different types of customers and personas (CIOs, VPs of IT, and Administrators)
  • Create compelling short-form content that communicates the technical and business value of our products
  • Act as a product evangelist and participate in webinars, interviews, and briefings
  • Develop business cases and support sales with collaterals and presentations
  • Plan and execute product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and maximizing product visibility and adoption 
  • Partner with product management to build and deliver enablement content to help Sales easily communicate the value of HYCU to prospects
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities, inform decision-making and inform differentiated messaging and positioning  
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement 

 What We’re Looking For:  

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of success  
  • Technical background and willingness to collaborate with product management, pre-sales engineers, and customer success
  • Experience with market research, customer segmentation, and persona development 
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and narratives that resonate with target audiences 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data 
  • Willingness to engage with customers and prospects in your area of focus
  • Strong presentation skills, comfortable presenting in front of internal and external audiences 
  • Flexibility to work evening hours that overlap with US counterparts 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus

It’s Great if You Have:   

  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and solutions like Jira Service Management and ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with engineering toolchain (Atlassian Suite, Azure DevOps, Git Repositories, etc.)
  • Experience within data protection, cloud-native, security, data storage industries 
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup
