Job Summary

We’re seeking a highly motivated, experienced & results-driven Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing GTM strategies to drive revenue growth, expertise and product awareness. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing communications, to create compelling messaging, content, and campaigns that differentiate our platform from the competition!

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Product Marketing Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product marketing specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of TMS Domain: Deep knowledge of the Transportation Management System (TMS) domain including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Communication and Copywriting Skills: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to create compelling messaging, buyer personas, and sales pitches.
  • Sales Enablement: Experience enabling sales and customer success teams with effective collaterals, expert content, and insights to improve conversions.

Should Have Requirements

  • GTM Strategy Development: Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies that have effectively driven revenue growth in previous roles.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns: Extensive experience in managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, events, and webinars.
  • Content Creation and Management: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive content calendars that align with the buyer journey across all funnel stages.

Nice to Have Requirements

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to track and improve key marketing and GTM KPIs.
  • Creativity and Innovation: A strong creative streak that can bring innovative ideas to all marketing activities.
  • Consulting Experience: Consulting background with logistics or related industry clients, providing a broader perspective on customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Self-Starter Attitude: Independent and proactive attitude with a demonstrated passion for driving growth and achieving market leadership in previous roles.
  • Customer and Market Insights: Experience in developing customer and competitive insights to inform and influence product and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the TMS domain & champion segmentation, targeting & positioning for the Fretron TMS.
  • Create & execute GTM strategies in collaboration with leadership team, sales, customer success, product & marketing teams to achieve revenue growth.
  • Develop core positioning, buyer personas, messaging hierarchy & pitches for the identified markets.
  • Enable sales and customer success teams with collaterals, expert content & insights to improve conversions
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, events, webinars) to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Develop & execute extensive content calendars for all funnel stages, aligned with the buyer journey.
  • Develop customer and competitive insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Track and improve on key marketing and GTM KPIs
