Job Summary: As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our customers, ensuring smooth product adoption, and working closely with internal teams to enhance our product offerings. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between technology and customer needs, providing training, troubleshooting, and valuable feedback to improve our software.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Success:
- Provide technical support to customers and ensure a seamless product experience
- Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot software-related issues
- Assist in onboarding and training new users on product functionalities
Product Improvement & Insights:
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to suggest product enhancements
- Work with the engineering and product teams to improve workflows and features
- Identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams
- Assist the sales team in technical presentations and demos for potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create product-related content and documentation
Training & Documentation:
- Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal teams
- Prepare and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in software product support, customer success, or a technical role
- Strong understanding of software development and product workflows
- Experience using CRM tools and project management tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities for customer interactions and product training
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the SaaS or telematics domain is a plus
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, and troubleshooting techniques is beneficial
