As the Lead Python Developer specializing in AI Integration and Azure Cloud, you will be at the forefront of driving our company's AI initiatives while leveraging Azure cloud services.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and deployment of advanced AI models to enhance our products and services.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging AI techniques, implementing scalable solutions, and driving innovation in our offerings.

This role emphasizes the intersection of Python programming, AI research, and Azure cloud integration to deliver innovative solutions that revolutionize our product features and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of AI capabilities, utilizing libraries like TensorFlow, into our ITSM environment hosted on Azure cloud services.
• Develop and deploy advanced AI algorithms for document analysis and processing using Python, optimizing the functionality and efficiency of our Azure-based solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality AI solutions.
• Research and experiment with state-of-the-art AI algorithms and techniques, staying abreast of the latest developments in the field.
• Architect scalable and robust systems for training, deploying, and monitoring AI models in production environments.
• Foster a culture of continuous innovation and automation, driving improvements in user experiences through AI, Python, and Azure cloud technologies.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and technical solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python programming.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models in production environments.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI libraries.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other AI domains.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and distributed computing frameworks.
