Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in RPA development using UI Path, with a strong understanding of UI Path Studio, Orchestrator, and related tools.
Proficiency in .NET programming languages such as C# or VB.NET, with experience in scripting and coding automation workflows.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and agile methodologies, with experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
UI Path certification(s) such as UiPath Certified RPA Associate or UiPath Certified Advanced Developer is preferred.
