We're looking for an experienced SaaS Application Engineer to join our IT/Data Strategy team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager - Business Applications Support, you will be responsible for :

  • Serving as the primary technical contact for user-reported issues and escalations
  • Troubleshooting application performance, usability, and configuration issues, ensuring timely ticket resolution per SLAs
  • Documenting resolutions and recommend improvements to features or processes
  • Performing performance testing, monitor SaaS health, and ensure seamless tool onboarding
  • Auditing applications for security compliance and automate tasks like log analysis, issue detection, and deployment rollbacks

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 4+ years of experience managing SaaS enterprise collaboration tools, including administration, governance, and end-user support
  • Expertise in Zoom, Slack , Google Workspace
  • Hands-on experience in ticket management on ServiceNow app
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Expertise project management or knowledge-sharing platforms (Miro, Lucid, Asana, Glean, Simpler, DoControl, etc)
  • Experience integrating collaboration tools with enterprise systems such as ITSM, HRIS, and security platforms
  • Relevant SaaS app /equivalent or security certifications
