Looking for a Sales Manager to drive our business development. Responsibilities include researching market trends, identifying clients, and pitching our SaaS solution for growth. We need a proactive, ambitious, and self-motivated individual with a strong track record in enterprise sales, including handling large enterprise customers and national exposure.

Role: Sales Manager

Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai

Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Responsibilities:

1) Sales Prospecting/Sales

  • Identify and qualify potential clients and target accounts based on market research.
  • Build and maintain a database of leads and prospects for the sales team.
  • CRM hygiene and upkeep of data to ensure learning and constant improvement.
  • Pitching SaaS Solutions and demonstrating to customers independently.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products and their value propositions.
  • Engage with potential clients through various channels (email, phone, social media) to
  • introduce and pitch our solutions.
  • Leverage partner channels as needed and grow the sales through direct and Indirect GTM.
  • Should have dealt with born in the cloud – SaaS companies to provide solutions.

2) Market Research& expansion

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes and gather market intelligence to inform our business strategies. (While adequate support through marketing/sales ops will be provided who will be the primary owners of the above)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of work experience in sales with a proven track record is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and technology is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of the Gen AI is the need of the role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
