Needs to be an expert in estimation and planning. The candidate knows how to create useful, reliable, and practical plans for lean and efficient product development
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and increasing transparency
Facilitates getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
Proven capability to elevate agile practices within the teams
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets/MS Excel
What you’ll bring to the table:
CSM® or equivalent Scrum Master certification required
4-5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master working with software product development teams who were diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
Experience working with large and/or multiple teams
Proven capability to elevate agile practices within the teams
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets/MS Excel

Experience creating, maintaining, and utilizing metrics for the team
Previous experience working with multiple geographies/time zones highly preferred
