We are looking for a talented and passionate professional with 5-6 years of experience in visual design and brand identity. The ideal candidate will be able to independently handle all aspects of design, including marketing collateral, landing pages, and print materials. We’re seeking someone who takes ownership, has a sharp eye for detail, and consistently delivers exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Create and develop a wide variety of design projects, including presentations, landing pages, one-pagers, performance ads, whitepapers, and social media assets.
Generate and execute creative ideas from concept to completion, ensuring consistency in visual identity across all marketing and business channels.
Collaborate closely with content strategists, visual designers, and leadership to deliver cohesive and compelling design solutions that align with our brand’s vision.
Present and communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders, team members, and leadership, articulating your creative choices effectively.
What We’re Looking For
Strong knowledge of design principles, including color theory, typography, illustration, and iconography, with a meticulous attention to detail.
A solid grasp of visual storytelling and data visualization techniques, with experience designing for marketing campaigns, branding projects, and digital media.
A proactive and autonomous mindset, able to take ownership of projects and lead them from concept to delivery with minimal supervision.
An understanding of design trends in the SaaS, tech, and creative industries, with the ability to stay up-to-date and bring new ideas to the table.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to inspire and motivate others on the team.
Projects You’ll Work On
Design compelling product launch campaigns that visually communicate complex ideas and product features in a simple, engaging way.
Develop creative concepts, sketches, and wireframes to translate project briefs into visually stunning designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to understand project requirements and produce designs that align with the brand vision.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while delivering fresh, innovative visuals that enhance customer experience.
Keep up with industry trends and continuously share insights and new techniques with the team to encourage learning and growth.
Qualifications
A portfolio showcasing strong design skills, including typography, illustration, and creative concept development.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
5-6 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a tech company’s in-house design team or creative agency.
Strong understanding of brand identity and visual design, with a dedication to detail and consistency.
A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for strategic design that aligns with business goals down to the finest details.
