About The Role

We're looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the Data Platform and Integrations at Userflow, our exciting new acquisition. Userflow, a key player in B2B companies' trial and core UX, captures vast amounts of invaluable data. Your mission will be to monetize this data by creating innovative data products and driving AI-powered innovation. You'll own the roadmap, aligning it with company strategy and priorities, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to bring it to life.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap and collaborate closely with a dedicated product development pod to ensure timely delivery through bi-weekly agile sprints.
• Set 1-year product plan for the data platform and quarterly roadmap, clearly prioritizing new feature development, incremental improvements, product integrations and other product development initiatives.
• Lead and manage Userflow's data platform, including overseeing integrations with various data sources and third-party services.
• Conceptualize and launch data products integrating analytics, segmentation, and AI capabilities, aiming to establish UserFlow's distinct market differentiation.
• Prioritize the roadmap based on user feedback, market needs, and business impact to ensure the most valuable and high-impact initiatives are delivered.
• Work with the go-to-market team to launch features and communicate value to customers and prospects.
• Maintain a strong understanding of data technologies and platform architecture to effectively guide development efforts and troubleshoot issues.
• Deeply understand the Userflow funnel by analyzing product usage, and develop PLG tactics to drive engagement and conversion.

What You Bring

• 6+ years experience in product management for early-stage SaaS companies or equivalent with strong engineering background.
• All the requisite product owner skills: solutioning, SQL and data-informed thinking, written and oral communications, interpersonal and negotiation
• A strong Point of View on Userflow's product and the market, the ability to articulate your PoV with limited data, and mature it over time as you learn more.
• Strong, confident self-starter, with proven experience being a vocal leader in a sometimes chaotic startup.
• Experience in bi-lateral integration for B2B SaaS products, including designing, developing, and deploying seamless data exchanges to enhance efficiency and interoperability.
• Experience with APIs and Web SDKs, including their components and how they simplify and enhance the development of web applications.
• Understanding market trends in digital adoption, in-app guides, and product analytics to align product strategy with business goals.
