What you'll do

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a blend of back and front end experience to join our Platform and Integrations team, to help us build and scale the next generation of the platform and customer facing features. As a senior member of the team, you will help drive the architecture and development of all the services to build an innovative integration solution. You will work with your team to build an outstanding software organization that is responsible for delivering SaaS products that meet the needs of our wide range of customers and their workflows. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Engineering.

Responsibility

• Be responsible for delivering products that delight customers while running the health of the code base through continuous refactoring and management of technical debt
• Work with your team to deliver software standard processes, automated test strategies, and flatten the cost of change for our software products and services
• Think about how to tackle problems in scale and build fault tolerant systems
• Develop high-quality, ship-ready code that is covered by a full test suite
• Design and develop a web-scale service that follows microservice principles and is deployed using containerized cloud technologies to allow customer administrators the ability to run their contract assets
• Work with Product Management and other developers to understand and translate marketing requirements into design requirements and provide estimates for development
• Work as part of a cross-site development team to drive design, implementation, testing and release of product

Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

• 8+ years Full-Stack development experience or equivalent
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics or equivalent
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals
• Experience working with back-end technologies such as C#, Go, Java or other modern programming languages
• Experience of working with front-end technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js

Preferred
