What will you do?

• Work diligently to ensure the stability and scalability of Atlan's Workflow Engine by leveraging Argo Workflow.
• Monitor and proactively detect workflow failures caused by infrastructure limitations, and swiftly resolve them to maintain optimal performance.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing existing workflows, focusing on reducing infrastructure footprint and runtime while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement an observability layer for Argo Workflow, enhancing monitoring capabilities and providing insights into the workflow execution, performance, and potential bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with the team to improve the developer experience for users building workflows on top of our Workflow Engine, ensuring a seamless and intuitive workflow creation process

What makes you a match?

• Demonstrated proficiency in Kubernetes and a strong understanding of Custom Resource Definitions (CRD).
• Hands-on experience with workflow engines, preferably with Argo Workflow.
• Proven track record of scaling software and implementing fail-safe measures to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Familiarity and experience working within the Modern Data Stack is a significant advantage.
