What you'll do
Docusign seeks a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our Salesforce Platform Center of Excellence (COE) team in Bengaluru, India. The TPM will oversee various technical initiatives and ensure seamless coordination between the US-based Director of Salesforce Engineering and the Bengaluru COE team. This role requires solid project management skills, technical savvy in Salesforce, and the ability to work effectively with the engineering team and other teams based in Bangalore, India.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage Salesforce COE projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Act as a liaison between the US-based Director, the Bengaluru COE team, and other US-based teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination of tasks
- Provide technical guidance and oversight on Salesforce platform initiatives, ensuring alignment to best practices and industry standards
- Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of project work through thorough testing and validation processes
- Mentor and guide the COE team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, focusing on Salesforce projects
- Demonstrable ability to work closely with engineering teams and coordinate with multi-functional teams based in different locations, especially in the US
- Ability to work flexible hours to facilitate coordination between the US and India teams
Preferred
- 7+ years of experience in the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Familiarity with NodeJS, JEST, and other related technologies
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. PMP or similar certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
