Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team and help us deliver innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, and maintaining applications and workflows that will enhance and automate the functionality and usability of ServiceNow. You will also collaborate with other developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance service catalog items using flows and workflows.
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and integrations with external systems and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and REST APIs.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Crate automated test scripts with ServiceNow’s Automated Testing Framework.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and defects in ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Document and maintain technical specifications and user guides for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Follow best practices and coding standards for ServiceNow development and configuration.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of ServiceNow and leverage them to improve the existing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
  • Certified ServiceNow Application Developer or System Administrator.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and REST APIs, or willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, or GRC is a plus.
  • Experience in using ServiceNow tools such as Studio, Update Sets, Import Sets, Discovery, Orchestration, Service Portal, or Flow Designer.
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using SOAP, REST, or MID Server.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
