In this role, you'll be the architect of Murf AI's social media presence. You'll develop and execute strategic social media campaigns, cultivate a thriving online community, and leverage your expertise to drive brand awareness and user acquisition. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)
- Create engaging and visually compelling content that resonates with target audiences
- Manage and grow Murf AI's online communities by fostering meaningful conversations and interactions
- Analyze social media data and reporting to measure campaign success and inform future strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure consistency and alignment across all communication channels
- Develop and run targeted paid social media campaigns to optimize reach and engagement
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and platforms
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in social media management and community building roles
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns across B2C and B2B domains (experience in both is preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for engagement
- Experience building, managing, and scaling online communities
- Demonstrated experience working for product/tech companies, ideally SaaS or AI startups
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience running paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a bias for action
