Do you have a passion for building vibrant online communities and a knack for crafting engaging social media strategies?

In this role, you'll be the architect of Murf AI's social media presence. You'll develop and execute strategic social media campaigns, cultivate a thriving online community, and leverage your expertise to drive brand awareness and user acquisition. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)
  • Create engaging and visually compelling content that resonates with target audiences
  • Manage and grow Murf AI's online communities by fostering meaningful conversations and interactions
  • Analyze social media data and reporting to measure campaign success and inform future strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure consistency and alignment across all communication channels
  • Develop and run targeted paid social media campaigns to optimize reach and engagement
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and platforms

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in social media management and community building roles
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns across B2C and B2B domains (experience in both is preferred)
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for engagement
  • Experience building, managing, and scaling online communities
  • Demonstrated experience working for product/tech companies, ideally SaaS or AI startups
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience running paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a bias for action

  • Experience with social listening and reputation management
  • Familiarity with AI and the marketing landscape
