Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to the following):

• Solid understanding of project and program management techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment as facilitator and team member.
• Work with Engineering, Build, and QA teams to coordinate releases as per the defined milestones.
• Conduct release readiness reviews
• Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.
• Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.
• Create and manage change tickets, implementation plan, rollback plans and artifacts for releases.
• Ensure all production deployments comply with IT security policies, engineering guidelines, and standards.
• Co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists.
• Prepare Weekly release reporting.
• Work on a flexible schedule
• To be considered for the role, you must have:
• A degree in Computer Science or any related field with Project management skills
• 3-5 years? experience in supporting complex projects and programs.
• Advanced knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication and documentation skills required with a demonstrated attention to detail.
• Must be willing and able to work independently in a dynamic corporate organization under pressure of tight deadlines and aggressive expectations.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and other applications in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to use analytical thinking with sound judgement and decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex materials and concepts in a non-technical manner.
• Is self-driven, energetic, great team player, responsive and accountable.
