Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in enhancing customer interactions and driving efficient solutions through comprehensive requirements gathering and implementation strategies. This professional will be instrumental in aligning business processes with customer needs, ensuring effective communication across teams, and leveraging advanced analytical tools to generate actionable insights
Key Responsibilities
Define Customer-Centric Business Problems:
- Conduct in-depth investigations to identify business problems, with a primary focus on customer interactions.
- Gather technical and non-technical information to thoroughly understand customer needs and pain points.
Provide Leadership in Requirements Definition:
- Offer leadership to team members and peers by fostering collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outline detailed requirements that align with customer-centric solutions.
Validate and Document Business Requirements:
- Gather, validate, and document comprehensive business requirements and use cases, prioritizing customer-centric elements.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to interpret customer data, identify patterns, and generate insights.
Planning and Implementation:
- Develop detailed project plans with a customer-centric focus, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Work closely with development teams to produce specifications that implement behaviors addressing customer needs.
Feasibility Studies and Impact Analysis:
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses for proposed projects and initiatives, with a keen understanding of customer impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment with customer-centric goals.
Documentation and Quality Assurance:
- Create and maintain documents, including business process maps, user stories, and system specifications, emphasizing customer-centricity.
- Contribute to high-quality standards through peer reviews and quality assurance of documents and deliverables.
Required Experiences/ Skills
- Minimum of 6 to 8+ years of experience in a Senior Business Analyst role with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paying close attention to details that impact customer interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel, emphasizing their application to understand and enhance customer experiences.
- Strong problem-solving, presentation, and planning skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
- Well-versed in Agile and waterfall methodologies, adapting approaches to best suit the needs of customer-focused projects.
