Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain web applications using Dot Net and React technologies.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and provide input on software design and architecture.

3. Design and implement APIs, services, and other components to support web applications.

4. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.

5. Debug and troubleshoot software issues, and collaborate with QA teams to ensure the resolution of defects.

6. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

7. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

8. Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall growth of the team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in developing web applications using Dot Net and React technologies.

3. Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

4. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

5. Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
