Support Specialist

This position needs:

  • Relevant experience of 2-4 years in Application Maintenance / Testing / Support
  • Relevant degree in computer science, IT or other engineering or technical discipline.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and passion for providing quality IT services and solutions.
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools - Jira, ServiceNow.
  • Quick learner, effectively adapt and work on new technologies.
  • Based in Pune but willingness to travel.
  • Excellent skills – communication, collaboration, interpersonal, presentation, perseverance, team player.
  • Exposure to software application support and testing. Experience in maintenance of Windows based applications, SQL queries, error log investigation, O365 and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services and Capital Markets domain would be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to work in shifts (EU calendar and time zone) is must as per Nordic service support windows.
