Relevant experience of 2-4 years in Application Maintenance / Testing / Support
Relevant degree in computer science, IT or other engineering or technical discipline.
Fluency in English.
Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and passion for providing quality IT services and solutions.
Knowledge of ticketing tools - Jira, ServiceNow.
Quick learner, effectively adapt and work on new technologies.
Based in Pune but willingness to travel.
Excellent skills – communication, collaboration, interpersonal, presentation, perseverance, team player.
Exposure to software application support and testing. Experience in maintenance of Windows based applications, SQL queries, error log investigation, O365 and reporting tools.
Knowledge of Financial Services and Capital Markets domain would be an added advantage.
Willingness to work in shifts (EU calendar and time zone) is must as per Nordic service support windows.
