Network Administration: Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and access points through patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Technical Support: Provide technical assistance for both macOS and Windows devices, resolving user issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards by implementing and maintaining ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 controls.
Asset Management: Track and manage IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
