Technical Lead

About the job:

Hands on lead who can write higher performance webapp using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS such that it’s scalable
Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
Provide guidance and technical leadership and instruct, direct, and monitor the work of other team members
Monitor and provide timely feedback to team members on completed work in the form of code reviews, design reviews, velocity, quality, and timely completion of work
Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the company effectively.
Participate in design decisions, tool selection and process improvement for developing software.
Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself
