Qualifications:
Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the information security, SaaS, or related tech industries.Start-up experience is mandatory.
Knowledge: Familiarity with information security and technology roles, including software development, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the company's value proposition to candidates.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
