  • Knowledge: Familiarity with information security and technology roles, including software development, DevOps, and cybersecurity.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the company's value proposition to candidates.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities.

  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
