Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a designer at Zynix AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences that are intuitive, impactful, and visually engaging. Your designs will directly influence how users interact with our AI-powered healthcare solutions, ensuring usability, accessibility, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
3. Visual Design: Create aesthetically pleasing interfaces aligned with Zynix AI's brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centered designs.
5. Design Systems: Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, including components, patterns, and guidelines.
6. Usability Testing: Conduct testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
7. Accessibility Compliance: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to cater to diverse user groups.

Qualifications
Must-Have

1. Experience: 2-5+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
2. Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
3. Design Principles: Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
4. Problem-Solving: Ability to translate complex problems into elegant design solutions.
5. Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred
6. Healthcare Experience: Familiarity with designing for healthcare, AI platforms, or enterprise software.
7. Coding Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript to bridge design and development.

9. Data-Driven Design: Ability to leverage analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions.
