We are looking for a skilled UX Designer with 2-5 years of experience in SaaS products to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Figma and have a good understanding of UX writing, contributing to the creation of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Figma to design and iterate on user interfaces, maintaining high standards of usability and visual appeal.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for product direction and visuals.
• Conduct user research, evaluate user feedback, and apply insights to improve user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and site maps in Figma to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including design specs and guidelines.
• Integrate UX writing into the design process, ensuring that textual content supports and enhances the user interface.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and techniques in UX design and Figma.
• Participate in design reviews, accepting and providing constructive feedback to refine and improve designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in UX design, specifically in SaaS products.
• High proficiency in Figma is a must. Experience with other design tools is a plus.
• Demonstrable UX design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing designs created in Figma.
• Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of UX writing and its importance in the design process.
• Effective communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with team members.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is beneficial.
