What you bring to the role:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of dynamic experience in software development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Strong hands on Technical Full Stack development experience.
Around 5 years proven experience building enterprise grade software and have seen some of the challenges presented working at a global scale.
At least 2 year of experience in a role where you had direct managerial responsibility for software engineers on your team, or demonstrated leadership in a team-lead type role
Strong coding skills in at least one programming language, and a desire to pick up more.
Demonstrate understanding of software development by proposing alternative solutions as needed
Proficiency working with APIs and building integrations between diverse systems to create cohesive and efficient solutions
Strong background in scoping and estimating solutions to provide accurate and realistic project timelines
Experience in providing solution recommendations based on comprehensive analysis of documented requirements
Possesses a deep understanding of application integration, product packaging, positioning and, revenue analysis
Solid understanding of AWS (or another cloud provider) products and services
Great communication skills both written and verbal
Experience with workforce management products such as forecasting, intraday scheduling, agent productivity tracking is a plus
Experience working with APIs of platforms in the WFM ecosystem such as telephony & HRIS is a plus
We write our code in TypeScript and run on Node.js while using Express as our web framework.
We use various AWS services to run our workloads and store our data.
Our data are stored on MySQL.
