As a Contact Center Integrations Product Manager, you will craft our integration strategy, engage with our partners and our customers to understand their requirements. You will also work with other PMs to build out supporting APIs and ultimately deliver world class integrations for Zoom Contact Center.
About The Team
The Contact Center Integrations Team focuses on enhancing Zoom's Contact Center platform by integrating it with third-party applications and services. This team plays a vital role in ensuring that the Zoom Contact Center product is flexible, interoperable, and meets the diverse needs of its customers. We seamlessly integrate with various tools like Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other cloud-based applications
