The Role

We seek a dynamic Content Marketer with a strong blend of data-driven strategy and copywriting skills. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in organic growth and will be instrumental in crafting and executing a content strategy that bolsters organic reach and engagement, primarily through our blog and associated content channels. As part of the content marketing team, you will focus on creating compelling, SEO-optimized content that drives brand awareness, enhances audience engagement, and supports our overall marketing goals.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of content marketing dynamics, particularly in organic growth, and possess exceptional skills in creative writing and storytelling

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and execution of a funnel segment in our blog strategy, boosting the performance of and owning a part of the funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
  • Researching and analyzing content and SEO trends to ensure our blog remains relevant, engaging, and effective in attracting and retaining audiences.
  • Creating and managing a diverse content calendar specifically for the blog, including articles, interviews, case studies, and industry insights.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align blog content with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.
  • Continuously optimizing content for SEO to maximize organic reach and engagement.
  • Analyzing blog performance using analytics tools, generating insights to inform future content strategies.
  • Ensuring consistency in tone, style, and quality across all blog content.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and SEO.

Requirements

  • Apart from creative chops, an ideal candidate is someone who has an athlete’s mentality. They take charge, self-skill, and constantly work on leveling up - their own capabilities or those that make the team. They are comfortable operating independently but step in to collaborate and enable others just as readily. They care about ensuring focus, actively tracking progress, and taking on tasks that align with their goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or similar
  • A minimum of three years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar
  • A portfolio of published work. Experience developing landing pages, ebooks, and whitepaper is a plus.
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress and SEO tools such as Ahrefs
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hubspot and a strong data-driven mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good to have: experience writing and publishing thought leadership pieces
