Murf is looking for a relationship-focused, data-oriented individual who wants to build their career in Customer Support. In this role you will be responsible for identifying potential customers and on-boarding them on the Murf platform and managing customer relationships through their entire life cycle. We’re looking for superior people skills and a positive attitude. In this role, you will also build new customer relationships by doing outreach to potential clients, manage your accounts, and collaborate with the wider Customer Support team on community initiatives to drive forward our CS Team. The core working hours will be one of the following slots - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm IST or 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm IST.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end customer management through email and live chat support
- Support customer queries on Murf live chat and take ownership of adherence to TaT on resolution of customer issues.
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Maintain Customer Support documentation and build a repository of common customer queries.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding of customers with training and handholding
- Conduct customer feedback interviews to come up with meaningful features for Murf.
- Manage key metrics that feed into team based goals around retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Build out an active community platform for Murf customers
- Execute Murf training sessions and webinars through online demonstrations for the Murf customer community.
- Collect and share Customer Success stories in order to fuel case studies, blog posts, and internal communication
- Work with the technical support team to ensure alignment and provide a cohesive experience
Qualifications:
- Impeccable written and oral communication skills; you’ll be talking to our customers, after all!
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in customer support, account management and/or sales role
- You are naturally curious and always seeking to understand the 'why' to the problems you are solving for your customers
- Superb relationship building skills, with a proven ability to cultivate deep and meaningful relationships with your teams and clients
- Good analytical skills; you leverage data in all of your decision making
- Highly organised; your calendar reminders have calendar reminders
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Bachelor’s degree required
