Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven 'Performance Marketing Manager' with 3-4 years of experience, specifically in SaaS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer acquisition, improving conversion rates, and optimizing campaign performance across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Plan and manage budgets across paid channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and programmatic platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies and optimize ads, landing pages, and creatives for improved performance.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to track and measure campaign success.
  • Define and refine customer personas to enhance targeting accuracy.
  • Leverage first-party data, retargeting, and lookalike audiences to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to develop compelling creatives and messaging.
  • Partner with the sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and conversion processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest SaaS industry trends, tools, and marketing innovations.
  • Explore and adopt new digital marketing channels to scale campaigns.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on SaaS products.
  • Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other PPC tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or other relevant platforms.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
