Role
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic product professional. The role involves, all aspects of product development, right from understanding the customer pain points to creating wireframes, writing feature specs, and responsible for quality of releases.
Working with Service Cloud team @ LeadSquared
Product manager will work on building our product offering that solves problems like
- A Fully configurable, customizable platform that can serve Million+ Users.
- An Omni-Channel (Phone, Email, Chat, Bots, Social) experience for agents that helps them serve their customers better.
- A designer, that can help admins build complex business processes and SLAs with ease.
- Design Queues and routing engines based on variety of rules.
- Self-serve capabilities that can reduce the efforts.
A Day in the life of a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager
- Solve customer problems by building the product and design necessary.
- Connect with end users to build a deep understanding of their pain points , needs, and needs, validate our hypothesis, and continuously refine your solution.
- Break-down complex problems into smaller chunks that can help engineering teams to make incremental progress while keeping the larger picture intact.
- Document product features through detailed specifications, use cases, wireframes, and prototypes
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to deliver product features.
- Work with sales, pre-sales, service teams and enterprise customers across verticals to understand their perspective of what is needed, and how can we create a differentiated offering.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years of overall experience in product management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS businesses with understanding of customer centric business processes such as sales, marketing, service, or customer experience.
- Previous experience in building products in any of these areas - Service Cloud, Help Desk or Contact center Software is an added advantage.

- Deep understanding of usability and user interface design.
- Obsessive about doing user (interviews, surveys, data driven insights) and market research, analyze the competitive product landscape & trends to build differentiation.
- Comfortable creating variety of product artifacts to help stakeholders in the organization to understand the product, especially engineers and designers.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business needs and technology landscape.
- Strong communication & analytical skills and ability to find creative solutions.
