Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager with deep experience in fintech and B2B/B2C marketing to drive the successful launch and adoption of our new financial services. This role will focus on marketing Zenoti’s growing suite of fintech solutions, including a payroll product, a Visa-secured credit card for same-day tip payouts, and future fintech products for the wellness and beauty industries.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills to drive both client (B2B) and employee (B2C) acquisition, creating a strong value proposition for Zenoti’s innovative fintech offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Zenoti's fintech products, including payroll processing and employee tip payout solutions, and future fintech innovations.
  • B2B & B2C Campaigns: Build and lead integrated marketing campaigns to attract spa and salon business owners (B2B) and their employees (B2C), driving adoption of the payroll product, tip payout credit card, and other fintech services.
  • Value Proposition Development: Craft compelling messaging and positioning to communicate the unique value of our fintech products to both business owners and employees. Tailor the value proposition for different audiences, including spa owners, finance teams, and employees receiving tips or payroll.
  • Sales Enablement: Create sales materials and training for the sales teams, ensuring they are equipped to effectively sell Zenoti’s fintech solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to drive acquisition and retention strategies for fintech clients and users.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about the competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer needs to ensure our product offerings remain relevant and competitive.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs, monitor performance, and report on the success of product marketing initiatives, using data to optimize marketing efforts and drive results.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably with a focus on fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies, with proven experience driving product adoption and user growth.
  • Experience working with payroll products, payment systems, or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling product messaging.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
