Senior CX Consultant

Qualifications:

Master’s degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in CX projects, preferably with a Big 4 consulting firm.
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing CS programs.
Strong analytical skills and presenting insights.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Project management experience and familiarity with project management methodologies
Willingness to travel as needed.
