Looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (US Shift) who will be responsible for working closely with both internal teams and clients to gather requirements, offer insights, and ensure timely and within-scope project delivery. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a profound understanding of Salesforce and the capability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.

Role: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

(US Shift-Work Timing: 7.30 pm to 3.30 am IST)

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Location: Remote

Role & Responsibilities of Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

• Facilitate workshops or meetings that elicit business and technical requirements and build consensus among stakeholders

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring they align with the overall business strategy

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications that can be implemented by our technical team.

• Work alongside project managers to ensure projects are on track and within budget.

• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for improving business processes.

• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with training end-users on new features or changes.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, ensuring the best solutions are provided to our clients.

• Work in cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.

• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide mentorship to junior business analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Desired Candidates profile

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Salesforce certifications. 

• Familiar with Agile or Scrum methodologies 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Salesforce certifications

• Health Cloud Accredited Professional

Important Details:

Interview Process/Stages: 2 Rounds of Technical Interviews+ HR Interview

Type of Employment: Contract, Long-term yearly, as good as permanent
