About the team :
We are looking for an Senior Program Manager to manage the product releases and projects who has the technical expertise to take on and provide technical program leadership to major projects. Your focus will be on program management, on behalf of Product and Engineering, including support to our SaaS customers and you will work closely with product management, design, engineering, DevSecOps and SRE teams to help our customers realise value from their investments through excellent execution of product and release launches, enablement of the field teams to help support the product capabilities, running the early adopter programs and go-live programs, timely resolution of issues, work with other groups to shape the features that align with the product roadmap and overall vision of the company.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage product and support releases
- Work with Product Management, Design and Engineering teams to develop program and project plans for product releases including new product/capabilities launch to the field
- Review and refine the engineering delivery process – help the team to Innovate (Problem solving, delivering magic moments through our Products) with Excellence (focus on Quality)
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from customer data all the way up to the executive level.
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams and lead with influence and not authority
- Develop and maintain the release schedule for the organization, considering business and operational needs.
- Define and manage the release process, including release documentation, guidelines, procedures and field enablement.
- Identify potential risks related to releases and develop mitigation strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion to solve customer problems: you are someone who gets energised by getting to work with a cross-functional team to address and resolve issues in real-time.
- Deep understanding of product engineering processes, specifically SaaS on public clouds.
- A high level of comfort working in a rapidly changing, fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to work with customers on behalf of Product and Engineering team, guide and shape their needs, address their product implementation, adoption and usage issues; bring them to the notice of the respective group and get them to closure.
- High technical competence, with a track record of past strong coding and individual technical accomplishments. Hands-on coding experience not mandatory.
- Passion and ability to listen, influence and work with people. Ability to rapidly establish credibility, build close working relationships, motivate and energize your colleagues and stakeholders
- Should have working (admin level) experience with software engineering tools like JIRA, Confluence, git/bitbucket.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
- 6+ years of software product engineering experience
- 2+ years of program / Product management experience
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science.
