Solution Manager

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in conceiving and defining industry specific vertical solution, preferably in a SAAS platform
• Track record of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures
• Experience in implementation of security and data protection
• Experience managing multiple services and modules with distributed and scalable systems
• Pilot processes to directly influence the overall Product development and improve the way our customers use our solutions
• Technical fluency, understanding and discussing architectural concepts and provide guidance for implementation strategies
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
• Drive existing and new product feature adoption
• Work cross-functionally in collaboration with different departments, including Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Support, and Marketing to address issues, questions, and requests
• Desire to innovate
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and orally
