We're looking for an experienced Business Support Analyst to join our Information Technology team. Reporting to the Manager, Business Applications Support within the Sales Automation team. You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing Salesforce CPQ functionality, including price, product, and approval rules, product bundling, and discounting structures
  • Managing system projects that align with our Go-To-Market and Sales Execution Strategy
  • Designing and configuring Salesforce CPQ to support product configuration, pricing, quoting, and contract management processes
  • Conducting testing, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing to ensure the accuracy of Salesforce CPQ solutions
  • Analyzing CPQ cases, user feedback, and current implementations to identify opportunities for process improvement

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise automation, with the most recent 3 years in Salesforce CPQ
  • Understanding of SFDC functionality with emphasis on CPQ Related objects in Sales Cloud and Quote to Cash Process
  • Hands-on experience with Validation Rules, Workflows, Flows, and Process builders

What We're Looking for (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Good to have Salesforce certified Admin /PD1 certification
  • Understanding of SFDC Admin functionality, including object management, security model, Lightning tools, validation rules, workflows, and reporting
  • Knowledge on APEX
