At least 7 to 12 years of agency experience or content writing, sales enablement, product marketing, or in a similar role, at an established B2B SaaS firm
A masterful writer having strong editorial/proofreading capabilities with a proven track record showcased in a professional portfolio (Exposure to both internal and external communication is a plus)
Advanced written and verbal communication skills with a good command of American English
Experience in creating easily understood content from a complex, technical product suite
Strong understanding of optimal multi-channel approach throughout the customer journey, including but not limited to social, digital, events, and content.
Should have experience working cross-functionally and across geographies to support overall marketing and business goals
Capability to visualize content from a design production angle will be a valuable skill.
Expertise in MS Office and other content management systems will be an added advantage
A specialization in B2B writing with a degree in English, journalism, mass communication, or media studies is preferred.
