Project Manager, Global Services Job Description
What you will do:
- Project Life cycle:
Single point of contact for handling all project activities for all the assigned accounts, from
initiation/onboarding, sensor integration, validation, towards launch
Responsible for maintaining good data hygiene, integration health, and data coverage Accountable for following the Conviva guidelines and RACI on project delivery
- Focus on quality outcomes with customer satisfaction
o Escalate and/or manage risks promptly
- Client Management:
- Develop and foster relationship with client through mails, meetings and on-site visits
- Encourage/guide clients to follow Conviva best practices
- Enable/configure Conviva products for the clients to maximise adoption o Provide services to clients based on contractual agreements
- Documentation
Adept to use Confluence, JIRA, Salesforce and keep the account & project records up-to-date
- Create/modify Project plan, onboarding decks, QBR, project health reports, Issue log, communication log and such project artifacts
- Reporting:
- Report project status internally and externally as per cadence, as well as ad-hoc if need be
What you will need to succeed:
- B.E. and a Minimum of 5+ years of Project implementation experience in a fast-paced environment - ideally in SaaS domain
- Should be a champion for cross-functions collaboration (engineering, field, product etc) within Conviva and build the culture of One-Team
- Eagerness to learn and solve customer problems
- Instinct to act and help with sense of urgency, ownership and accountability
- Right blend of Business acumen and technical know-how
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Bonus: PMP certification, Prior experience with observability tools, data analytics, Big data solutions.
